Grossmont Center is a large outdoor shopping mall southeast of Fletcher Parkway, serving the area between Mission Valley and El Cajon. It's a cozy, well-maintained outdoor mall in La Mesa. If you prefer a retro feel to your local mall, Grossmont is a nice place to be.
Grossmont is well-landscaped, with little flash or affectations.
Some of the restaurants in Grossmont center include: Claim Jumper, Casa de Pico, Olive Garden, Trophy's, Fuddruckers, BJ's Restaurant and Brewery, Red Lobster, Shakey's Pizza.
In terms of stores, a two-level Target and two-level Wal-Mart anchor both ends, with a Macy's in-between. A large Barnes & Noble and Sports Authority also are featured. More than Westfield malls, there's a heavy mix of independent retailers, which gives the mall is flavor.
