Children Yoga camp organized in June 2017 has been a huge success. More than 35 kids enthusiastically participated in it.

Based on popular demand we are organizing on more Yoga Camp (July 31 - Aug 9).

What do children get?
Physical fitness - Strength, stamina, flexibility, dexterity, posture, gait and confident and graceful looks.
Mental fitness - Improves concentration, calms down the mind. Children experience the joy and freedom.
Emotional culturing - Cultivating the positive emotions like love, compassion, confidence etc and weed out negative emotions like jealousy, anger, fear, anxiety,
Discriminatory Faculties (Budhi) , Social skills (leadership, Decision making, goal setting etc) and respect to our Culture.
Methodology: Games, Songs, Chanting Stories, Skits, Yoga Postures, Pranayama and Guided Meditation
Camp dates: July 31 (Mon) - Aug 9 (Wed)
Weekdays: 6:30 - 8:30 pm; Weekends: 8:00 - 10:00 am
Fee: $100 per kid; $150 for two siblings
Who can attend: Open to all children of Age group; 8 - 18. Limited seats, please register by June 11.
