You can check the rec centers(Like Lopez recreation & Hiltop rec) .They have rooms & gazebos available for parties.

Hi Shalima,
Happy Birthday to your son. If you live in an apartment complex - or if you have friends who live in decent apartments - they usually have a clubhouse - typically near the rental office / pool - you can rent those late into evening - usually till 10pm.
All you have to do is make a deposit - and some very nominal fee - just make sure you guys clean up after the party- otherwise, those living in those apartments will end up paying fine.
