Date: Every Sunday
Time: 10:00AM to 11:35AM
Venue: Mira Mesa Public Park (& Gil Johnson Recreation Center), 8575 New Salem Street, San Diego CA 92126
Shaka Activities:
- Warm-up Exercises
- Yoga (Surya-Namaskar)
- Group Games
- Boudhik (Talk/Discussion)
- Balagokulam/Kids learning activities (parallel session)
- Bala/Kids Session: Story/Shlokas/Hindi class for kids
- Ghosh (Flute lessons) after shaka
- Abhyaas Varg from 12:20 pm onwards (for karya kartas and anyone interested)
In case of rain, shaka activities will be held indoors at the Recreation Center.
