For many intending parents of Indian ethnic background, egg donation can be the light at the end of a long, dark tunnel. However, it is often times much more difficult for intending parents of Indian ethnic background to find appropriate Indian egg donor candidates due to religious and or cultural “taboos.” One can only imagine what most intending parents have been through to get and stay pregnant. Participation as a donor means so much to recipients. Egg donors play a key role in making their dreams of parenthood come true.Many of the intending parents who are currently on our waiting list come are of Indian cultural backgrounds and are longing to find a donor that matches their ethnic origins.
