I haven't heard of the crossroads apartment sorry! I am only familiar with the ones I mentioned in my previous post. They are close to the UTC area as well (but still considered la jolla I think) close to shops and the I-5 etc.

where is mira mesa are you planning to rent. If you will be coming from mira mesa blvd, u will find a lot of trafic, but also depends on your work timings.
