We have a one bedroom apartment at the La Jolla Crossroads apartments community. Located near UTC mall, close to Indian groceries, mall, restaurants and public transport. We are moving out of state and would like someone to take over our lease from 2/18/2019. Lease ends on June 31st 2019. Monthly rent is $1760.
The apartment is located at the 1st floor. If you need more information and if you're interested in taking over our lease (formally), please let me know. Apartment will be formally transferred. Also, will be cleaned and repaired by the apartment leasing office before you move in. |
