I have a spacious and beautiful Non-Smoking master bed room available for month to month rent in Poway/Carmel Mt area. The Rent amount is $1000.00 including utilities. It is a house located in a nice and quite neighborhood in the corner where Ted Williams (CA-52) & Pomerado intersect. It is indeed quite a location. Ralph's, Trader Joes, Indian Grocery Store, Subway, mcDonald's, Target, Chinese, Mexican, Italian & Indian food joints are just 5-8 mins away. Shopping plaza, Sprouts, Marshall, Movie Theater, Costco are 10-12 mins away
