Intelecox is seeking a committed and energetic individual to join our team as a IT Recruiter. This candidate will work closely with the Director Recruiting in identifying, screening and submitting qualified engineering candidates to support the company pipeline.
Job Description/Requirements
-1+ years of Recruitment experience in a Staffing Company is required
- A background in HR /recruiting/ computer science is preferred
-Knowledge of end to end recruiting process is a must
-Understanding and experience working with job boards such as Dice and Monster is desired
-Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements
-Ability to think independently and work with little or no supervision
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
