We have a room for rent for sharing~double occupancy. Rent is $500.
Wehave been a host family for the last two and half years.
Our home is located walking distance of 10 minutes from Mira Mesa Transit Center. There is also a bus stop that is about the same distance.
The room comes furnished with a bunk bed, a desk and medium size dresser. It also has a walk in closet. All utilities including internet is included in the rent. It comes with an exclusive full bath. Guests also have access to 1) Entertainment area that has flat screen TV, music instruments, 2) Kitchen, 3) Patio with a Gazebo and 4) Laundry Facility. Meals (breakfast and dinner) for extra cost are available.
We prefer nonsmokers and female students.
