We are a family of two, my husband has got a job in San Diego, his office is located in Sacromento Valley. We have been doing our research online and trying to find apartments in and around Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos and Mera Mesa. Please can anybody advise us on some good apartments, we are looking at 1300 - 1400 range for 1BR. We have a few on our list...

2. Evas Ranchos Penasquitos,
3. Carmel Terrace,
4. Carmel Landing
5. Jeffersons
Please let us know if these apartments are good and safe.
