I'm learning to cook Indian food. I am not accustomed to eating spicy food. Any suggestions for mild and tasty Indian recipes?

|There are tons of recipes and hard to tell you which one you will like. Can you be more specific about it e.g. curries - daal - snacks /veg or non-veg / punjabi- south indian - bengali - gujarati.
Best thing is go and try out something at restaurant. If you like it then look online for recipes/videos on that. Or simply get a cooking recipe book.
You can simply reduce the amount of spices (chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper or green/red chilli paste, ginger, onion, garlic) to make it mild.
You might have to try it out 2-3 times before you get it right for your taste buds/

|I'll take your advice and go to an Indian restaurant to determine what I like. Thanks again.|
