Ask yourself this question, "what comes to people's minds when they think of Indian people, when they think of you?" The general response would be: Doctors, IT, Bollywood, techies, delicious food, educated... the list goes on. Although all of those responses are positive, i have yet to meet someone who praises the general health of Indians. Indians may be seen around the world as smart, imaginative, educated, with rich cultures and traditions...but what about the fitness? Have we relied too much on brain power that we have neglected the health power?
I see some Indian men and women whose bellies are sticking out and faces that are 27, 28 are looking more like 37, 38 years old. Indian people are some of the most beautiful people but some of you have stopped taking care of yourselves. Jobs, families, bills, school...where's the health?
Health is wealth my friends. And i am here to change things up a bit. I am here to get you in shape. I am here to get you fit may it be for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or just for you to stay in shape to enjoy life to its fullest and free of stress.
I provide top notch group and individual training classes. Together we train hard and make sure you reach your fitness goals. My training methods and programs are well tested. I emphasis on cardiovascular and body weight exercises with variety of intensified workouts. I make sure that my workouts are personalized and with levels of your fitting. For me, each person is unique with respect to their physiology and based on that i design your workouts. We all know that people respond differently based on how your body handles and cooperates with particular workouts. All i require is one hour from your day and i guarantee you will see some positive changes in your life. My classes are outdoor because i truly believe in working out in the open space and breathing that fresh air. Being outdoor and feeling that fresh grass in your toes is just pure bliss. We use all these energies and each other to help us achieve our fitness goals. I train at an elite level and all my classes get the same elite treatment because i want everybody to get the full benefits from my classes. So, let's get started!

Time: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday from 7am to 8am (depending on the amount of people, time can be shifted +- an hour and evening classes are a possibility)

A little bit about myself:
My name is Sufiyan. I was Born in Gujarat and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. In South Africa i discovered that i have what it takes to represent India at the Olympic stage. Currently i reside in San Diego and train full time to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. My speciality is 1500 meters and 5000 meters. I have a bachelor's in Marine Biology and Latin American Literature with emphasis on Spanish. I was a state level field hockey player back in Cape Town but after i realizing that running is my thing, i retired from hockey to focus on running. I have more than 2 years of experience in coaching and conditioning athletes of all ages and level.
